John S. Duncan (diplomat)
John Stewart Duncan OBE (born April 17, 1958 ) is a British diplomat. He was from August 15, 2014 to August 8, 2017 Governor of the British Virgin Islands ( Governor of the Virgin Islands ). He represented the British Crown in the British Virgin Islands and ran government business on their behalf.
Duncan joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1980. Its places of use were Paris , Khartoum , Tirana , Mons ( SACEUR ) and Geneva .
