Joint Force Command Norfolk

The Joint Force Command Norfolk (JFC Norfolk) is a NATO command agency based in Norfolk , Virginia , USA . It entered service on July 26, 2019 as part of the NATO command structure . It is led by a Vice Admiral in the United States Navy who is also in command of the Second US Fleet , which was reactivated on August 24, 2018 after a seven-year hiatus.
