Jolanda Egger

Jolanda Risi (born Jolanda Egger ; born January 8, 1960 in Lucerne ) is a Swiss actress , beauty queen , model and racing driver .

Life

In November 1980 she represented her country in the Miss International election in Tokyo , after she had reached the final in the Miss Switzerland election . In June 1981 she reached the semi-finals of Miss Europe in Birmingham .

She gained greater fame through the men's magazine Playboy . In June 1983 she was featured simultaneously in the US edition and in the German edition as Playmate of the Month and was voted Playmate of the Year 1983 in Germany. She lived in Hugh Hefner's Playboy mansion for a year .

In 1986 she married her compatriot Marc Surer , then a Formula 1 racing driver, from whom she divorced in 1993. During her marriage to Marc Surer, she began a racing career, which she took under the name Jolanda Surer through some junior classes up to the German Formula 3 series. There she drove in 1990 and 1991 in the team of her compatriot Jacques Isler. In 1997 Jolanda Surer married Patrick Tavoli. This marriage, too, lasted seven years and had two children.

Jolanda's third husband is Jacques Risi. The wedding ceremony was celebrated on January 8, 2010, her 50th birthday. Her official name is now Jolanda Risi .
