Jonas Rudalevičius
Jonas Rudalevičius (born April 26, 1950 in Vilkabaliai near Elektrėnai ) is a Lithuanian diplomat .
Life
In 1973 he completed his diploma studies at the Faculty of Construction at VISI and taught at VGTU from 1991 . In 1984 he received his doctorate in social sciences . Since 1992 he has been a diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania and in 1996 he was Deputy Minister. From 1999 to 2000 he was Minister of Administrative Reform and municipalities in the Cabinet Kubilius I . He has been an ambassador since 2000 .
