Jonas Wieszt (born August 3, 1992 in Schwäbisch Hall ) is a German soccer player . He plays in the position of goalkeeper.

Career

Wieszt first played in his youth for FC Ottendorf, TSV Gaildorf and TSV Crailsheim , from which he moved in 2007 to the youth of VfB Stuttgart . In the B youth season 2008/09 Wieszt was with the Stuttgart German U-17 champions . After his competitor Bernd Leno was promoted to the second team early in 2010, Wieszt established himself as a regular goalkeeper in the U-19s. In July 2011 he was accepted into the squad of VfB Stuttgart II.

Wieszt made his professional debut on October 22, 2011 on the 14th matchday of the 2011/12 season for the second team of VfB Stuttgart in the 3rd professional league against SV Babelsberg 03 . From November to December 2011 he completed two more professional assignments for VfB II in the 3rd division. After Wieszt did not play in the 2012/13 season, his expiring contract with VfB Stuttgart was not extended.

In 2014 he joined his home club Sportfreunde Schwäbisch Hall , and since 2017 he has been guarding the gate at local rivals TSV Ilshofen in the association league . In 2018 he rose to the top league with TSV.
