Jorge Crusellas
Jorge Crusellas ( Jorge Luis Crusellas Alvarez; born July 28, 1966 in San Luis , Pinar del Río province ) is a former Cuban sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
In 1995 he won the Pan American Games in Mar del Plata in the 4 x 400 meter relay and won bronze at the Central American and Caribbean Athletics Championships over 400 m with his personal best of 45.65 s. At the World Athletics Championships in Gothenburg he reached the quarter-finals in the individual competition and came in sixth place with the Cuban 4 x 400 meter relay.
In 1996 he won bronze at the Ibero-American Championships over 400 m and was eliminated from the Olympic Games in Atlanta with the Cuban relay in the preliminary run.
At the Pan American Games in 1999 in Winnipeg, he came fourth with the Cuban 4 x 400 meter relay.
