José Ángel César (born January 3, 1978 ) is a Cuban sprinter , whose best result was winning the bronze medal with the Cuban 4 x 100 meters relay at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney .
Together with Luis Alberto Pérez-Rionda , Iván García and Freddy Mayola , Cesar only had to admit defeat to the US and Brazil seasons in 38.04 seconds.
