José Juan Vázquez (born March 14, 1988 in Celaya , Guanajuato ), also known by the nickname Gallo , is a Mexican football player who predominantly acts in defensive midfield .
Life
Vázquez began his professional career in the 2009/10 season at his hometown club Celaya FC , which is playing in the third division , with whom he won the championship in the 2010/11 Apertura and was able to prevail in the 2010/11 season finals against Chivas Rayadas, making promotion to the second League succeeded.
After a half season in the second division for the Toros , he moved to Club León for the second half of the season , with whom he won the Clausura championship in 2012 and the subsequent overall season finale, so that the traditional club from León made the long-awaited return to the football club after ten years.
León not only managed to stay in the league, but even reached the semi-finals of the Mexican football championship in its first half-season 2012/13 , which was followed by a double win in the following season .
