José Luis Real Casillas (born June 6, 1952 in Guadalajara , Jalisco ), also known by the nickname el Güero , is a former Mexican football player who mainly played in midfield . He played for the two big city rivals in his hometown; in the 1970s for Club Deportivo Guadalajara and in the first half of the 1980s for Club Atlas Guadalajara .
After his active career, Real began working as a football coach . His first post as head coach was in the 2004/05 season for 12 games (2 wins, 4 draws and 6 losses) at the Dorados de Sinaloa . Then José Luis Real worked in the youth field and at times also as head coach of the first team at his long-term club Club Deportivo Guadalajara and in 2013 also for their offshoot CD Chivas USA . Most recently (2019) he worked at Deportivo Toluca .
