José Manuel Colmenero Crespo (born November 29, 1973 in Gijón ) is a former Spanish soccer player who came to a Bundesliga assignment for Hannover 96 .

Career

Colmenero began his football career at the SD Llano, from where he Ribadesella CF to Sporting Gijon moved. For Gijón he came from 1993 to 1996 to 85 games in the Spanish Tercera División in which he scored 13 goals and to twelve games in the Primera División . In the 1996/97 season he played for RCD Mallorca , where he came to 34 missions. He then returned to Sporting Gijón for two seasons. By 1999 he came there to another 50 missions and one goal. In 1999 he moved to Deportivo La Coruña , from where he was handed over to the SD Compostela that same season without being used for the Galicians . There he came to a goal in 11 missions. In 2000 he moved to CD Numancia where he scored five goals in 28 appearances. In the 2001/02 season he was again under contract with Deportivo La Coruna.

In September 2002 Colmenero moved from Deportivo La Coruña to Hannover 96 , where he played a Bundesliga game in the 2002/03 season. At the beginning of 2003 he moved back to the Segunda División at Polideportivo Ejido . There he was used in 14 games. In 2003 Colmenero moved to FC Elche and in 2004 to FC Pontevedra in the Spanish Segunda División. He then played in the 2005/06 season for UD Marbella , until 2009 for CD Roquetas and from 2009 for Club Marino Lucano.
