In 2008 he took part in the U-19 European Championship with Spain , but was eliminated there in the group stage. He played three full seasons with Real Madrid Castilla in Segunda División B before moving to Sevilla for Betis' second team in 2010 . In the summer of 2011, FC Red Bull Salzburg brought him from Austria as a backup for their central defense. At this point, three defenders, Douglas , Schiemer and Sekagya, were not able to work for a long time, which is why the club had to react. In total, Antón made 4 Bundesliga appearances. After the 2011/12 season was over, his contract was not renewed and he left the club. In July 2012 he signed a contract with the Hungarian club Újpest Budapest .
