Toribio won a stage of the Vuelta a Toledo in 2007 and received a contract with the UCI Continental Team Burgos Monumental Profi in 2008 . In 2009 he won the Circuito Deputación de Pontevedra as well as a stage and the overall classification of the Volta a Coruña , before he drove as a stagiaire for the Andalucía-Cajasur team from August . For the 2010 season Toribio drove again as a professional with this team and took part in the Vuelta a España , which he finished in 129th place in the overall standings. In 2011 he won the fourth stage of the Tour of Portugal . In 2013 and 2017, he won the overall ratings of the Tour of East Java and the Tour de Kumano .
