Joseba Zubeldia
Joseba Zubeldia Aguirre (born March 19, 1979 in Usurbil , Gipuzkoa ) is a former Spanish cyclist .
Joseba Zubeldia began his career in 2002 in the Basque cycling team Euskaltel-Euskadi , after having ridden there as a stagiaire the previous year . He ended his career after the 2007 season. He could not win any race on the UCI calendar during this time and only took part in one Grand Tour , the Giro d'Italia 2007 , but could not finish the race. His most important placement was third place in the overall ranking of the Étoile de Bessèges in 2004.
Joseba's older brother Haimar is also a cyclist .
