Josef art

Josef Kunst (born December 11, 1914 in Innsbruck ; † April 30, 2002 ibid) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and ÖGB state secretary. From 1961 to 1962 and from 1966 to 1970 he was a member of the Austrian National Council .

Life

After elementary school, art attended five classes of a community school and then graduated from the technical school for locksmiths . He also attended the Higher State Trade School for Mechanical Engineering. From 1945 to 1954 he worked as a chief machinist and deputy operations manager at the Patscherkofel Igls passenger cable car .

Josef art is brother of the governor -Stellvertreters Karl Art .

politics

In 1955, Kunst took over the post of state secretary of the state executive of the Austrian Federation of Trade Unions in Tyrol.

Art represented the SPÖ from November 13, 1961 to December 14, 1962 and from March 30, 1966 and March 31, 1970 in the Austrian National Council.

He was also a member of the regional party executive of the SPÖ Tirol .
