Josef Ruttmann

Josef Ruttmann (born September 1, 1922 in Zirndorf ; † September 12, 2002 in Aachen ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Ruttmann first attended the elementary and vocational school, later on-site local courses at the Bavarian Administration School , followed by training for administrative services, which he had to interrupt during the Second World War . In the military service he was used in France , Russia and Italy , on September 1, 1945 he was released from American captivity . In 1948 he passed the employment test for the middle, 1950 for the higher non-technical administrative service. From then on, he worked as a city inspector and registrar at the city of Zirndorf, during this time he also worked as a journalist in his free time and was a student of the Association of Bavarian Registrars. In 1958 he took over the position of executive officer in the town of Waldkraiburg . From 1966 he sat in the district council of the Mühldorf am Inn district , where he chaired the SPD faction. Also in 1966 he was elected to the Bavarian State Parliament, to which he was a member until 1970.
