Josef Steinböck (musician)
Josef Steinböck (* 1967 in Tulln , Lower Austria ) is an Austrian musician.
After graduating from the commercial academy in Tulln, he studied bass tuba at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna with Nikolaus Schafferer .
He is professor for tuba and brass ensemble at the University of Music in Munich and tuba player in the Mozarteum Orchestra in Salzburg .
