Josef Vögele
Josef Vögele (born March 20, 1893 in Zaisenhausen , Württemberg, † December 4, 1974 in Stuttgart ) was a German journalist and publisher.
Career
After graduating, Vögele trained in the press and worked as an editor for the Oberschwäbische Volkszeitung in Ravensburg from 1912 to 1919 . In 1919 he joined the Swabian People's Messenger in Ulm as a political editor . From 1920 until his politically motivated dismissal in 1933, he was head of the press office of the Württemberg State Ministry.
He joined Schwabenverlag in 1933 , which he led as director beyond the time of National Socialism and the Second World War.
