The house at Joseph-Joachim-Platz 9 is a ground-level hook yard in the center of the municipality of Kittsee in the Neusiedl am See district in Burgenland. The building is a listed building .

The core of the building dates from the late 17th century. In the 18th and 19th centuries, the building was expanded to include a slightly renewed main front with three window axes and a gate axis. The basket arch gate on the left was created around 1730. It has a stone archway with a border, baffle stones and an empty scrollwork cartouche at the top of the arch, which is flanked by garlands of flowers. On both sides of the arch are fighters with button decorations. The two-leaf wooden gate with a sun wheel motif , glazed skylights and central passage door was created around 1950. The entrance is three-bay with a square vault . In between are belt arches that rest on pilasters . The entrance was built around 1730. The two rooms on the street side have lancet vaults with flat arched shields. The ridges are covered with stucco strips. The door frames with coffered interior doors date from the 18th century. The rooms were built at the end of the 17th century. A utility wing from the 19th century is attached to the house.
