Leandré was in the qualification for the 1974 World Cup in the squad of Haiti and played three games there.
At the 1974 World Cup he was used in the 4-1 defeat against Argentina , then he played twice against the national team of the Netherlands Antilles in qualifying for the 1978 World Cup .
