Joseph Narcissus Allgeyer
Joseph Narzissus Allgeyer (* 1734 in Wasseralfingen ; † 1802 there ) was a German organ builder .
Life
Allgeyer came from the well-known Hofener organ building dynasty Allgeyer . He was the son of the Wasseralfingen organ builder Joseph Allgeyer and brother of Franz Konrad Allgeyer . In 1773 he married his wife Maria Anna Seckler, who was also from Wasseralfingen. His son Joseph Nikolaus Allgeyer continued the traditional business.
Together with his brother, he took over the father's organ building business. In 1755 they restored the organs in Mönchsdeggingen together . He worked in Aalen , Ellwangen , Unterkochen and Röhlingen , among others . In 1791 he made an organ for the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Ebnat .
