Joseph Redlhamer
Joseph Redlhamer (born October 20, 1713 in Erlakloster ; † July 9, 1761 in Vienna ; also Redlhammer ) was an Austrian Jesuit , Roman Catholic theologian , philosopher and university professor .
Life
Redlhamer entered the Jesuit order at the age of 18 . He studied, then became a doctor of philosophy and theology . First he held a position as a preacher in Großwardein , then taught ethics in Vienna, Linz and Graz, among other things. In 1754, Redlham, who was popular and respected for his teaching, became a full professor and examiner at the theological faculty of the University of Vienna . He died during a lecture .
