Joseph Salvador
Joseph Salvador (born January 6, 1796 in Montpellier , † March 17, 1873 in Versailles ) was a French historian of Judaism .
Life
His father was Jewish and came from a long-established Marran family , the mother was a Christian. In his works described Judaism as the embodiment of the ideals of the French Revolution .
