Josh Lacey

Josh Lacey (born 1968 in London ) is a British children's author, he also writes under the pseudonym Joshua Doder .

Life

Josh Lacey grew up in London. He writes children's books. In his first book, the protagonist Tim finds the dog Grk, and the two set off in search of his home. This resulted in a number of other books about the couple, which made it onto the shortlist for the Branford Boase Award in 2006 . Several sequels have also appeared on the kite sitter (a babysitter for kites ) Edward Smith-Pickle. Lacey wrote a historical children's novel and also authored a biography of the footballer Charles William Miller , who brought the sport of football to Brazil .
