Jouko Rainer Lindgren (born April 15, 1955 in Helsinki ) is a former Finnish sailor .

Jouko Lindgren took part in the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow in the 470 dinghy . Together with Georg Tallberg he finished third behind Eduardo Penido and Marcos Soares as well as Jörn Borowski and Egbert Swensson . They received the bronze medal thanks to a total score of 39.7 points.
His sons Niklas and Joonas Lindgren also competed - several times - in Olympic sailing regattas.
