Georg Bertil Tallberg (born April 6, 1961 in Helsinki ) is a Finnish sailor .
successes
Georg Tallberg took part in the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow in the 470 dinghy . Together with Jouko Lindgren he took third place behind Eduardo Penido and Marcos Soares as well as Jörn Borowski and Egbert Swensson . They received the bronze medal thanks to a total score of 39.7 points.
Tallberg's family is closely associated with sailing. His cousins Henrik , Johan and Peter Tallberg competed, sometimes several times, in Olympic sailing regattas. Their grandfather Bertil Tallberg won bronze in sailing together with his brother Gunnar in 1912 .
