Juan Bosco (born September 2, 1935 in Guadalajara , Jalisco ) is a retired Mexican soccer player who mainly played in midfield .

Juan Bosco moved in 1957 from Club Necaxa to city rivals Club América , where he was permanently under contract until the end of his active career in 1967.
During this time he won the Mexican Cup competition with the Americanistas in two consecutive years ( 1964 and 1965 ) and again a year later ( 1966 ) the Mexican Football Championship .
National team
Bosco made his debut for the Mexican national team in a friendly game played on March 1, 1959 against Costa Rica , which was won 3-1. In his next two international appearances against England (2: 1) and Brazil (2: 2) “El Tri” achieved good results. His last international game on March 13, 1960, Bosco played again against Costa Rica (1: 1).
