Juan Castellar y de Borja
Juan Castellar y de Borja (* 1441 in Valencia ; † January 1, 1505 ibid) was a cardinal of the Catholic Church .
Life
The nephew of Pope Alexander VI. was raised on August 23, 1493 Archbishop of Trani and on May 31, 1503 cardinal in pectore . After the Pope published his name on June 2nd of the same year, he made him cardinal priest of the titular church of Santa Maria in Trastevere on June 12th . On August 9, 1503 he left the Archdiocese of Trani and started at the Archdiocese of Monreale .
