Juan Manuel "Juanma" Lillo Díez , (born November 2, 1965 in Tolosa , Guipúzcoa ) is a Spanish football coach .
On December 20, 2009, he replaced Hugo Sánchez as head coach at UD Almería in the Spanish Primera División . On November 20, 2010 he was sacked after an 8-0 home defeat to FC Barcelona . Previously, Lillo coached a number of Spanish clubs in the 1st and 2nd Spanish league, as well as the Mexican club Dorados de Sinaloa , with whom he was relegated from the Mexican Primera División at the end of the 2005/06 season.
