Juan Ramón Ocampo (born March 30, 1954 in Asunción ), according to other sources Juan Ramón Torres Ocampos , is a former Paraguayan football player on the position of a striker .
career
Ocampo probably began his football career at Club Guaraní, based in his hometown Asunción, and won his first championship title with the Cruz Azul CD in the 1973/74 season of the Mexican Primera División .
In the 1975/76 season he was under contract with Valencia CF, for which he was used in a total of eight games and scored two goals (in the league round of the 1975/76 season , however, he only had two appearances and remained without hits).
After his Spanish interlude, he returned to his homeland, where he played for Club Libertad for a few months .
At the end of 1976 he moved again to Mexico , where he was engaged at Club San Luis from December 1976 to the summer of 1977 , before he again won the Mexican football championship with the UANL Tigres in the following season 1977/78 . In the following two seasons 1978/79 and 1979/80 he was under contract with Atlético Potosino .
Ocampo made his only international appearance for Paraguay in 1975.
