Judeo-Persian ( Judeo-Persian , Judaeo-Persian , Judeo-Persian ), often Jews Persian , is the Jewish languages or dialects of the Iranian Jews living. These dialects, also known as Latorayi , are written in Hebrew script.
In the narrow sense refers to Judeo-Persian to non-Jews Dzhidi ( ʤiːdiː even Jidi written), so "Jewish" dialect mentioned, that of the Jewish communities around Tehran , Bukhara and Mashhad is spoken by the speaker himself but as Farsi , so "Persian", denote.
In a broader sense, any Iranian languages or dialects spoken by the Jewish communities in the earlier Persian Empire can be referred to as Judaeo-Persian or Judaeo-Iranian .
