Judy Nugent

Judy Ann Nugent (born August 22, 1940 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actress .

Life

Nugent made her first film appearance at the age of six. Together with her sister Carol , she starred in the Ginger Rogers film It Had to Be You in 1947 . Appearances in various television series followed, until she received supporting roles in major film productions from Douglas Sirk in the mid-1950s , The Wonderful Power with Rock Hudson and Jane Wyman, and There's Always a Tomorrow with Barbara Stanwyck and Fred MacMurray in the leading roles. Her acting career came to an end as she grew up, and after her marriage to actor Buck Taylor , she retired (with the exception of two cameos ) from show business. The marriage was divorced in 1983 and had three sons, each of whom also entered the film business. Her son Adam was married to actress Anne Lockhart .
