Julian Lauenroth (born January 6, 1992 ) is a German handball player .

Career

Lauenroth started playing handball at Halstenbeker TS. In the B-youth, the then Hamburg state selection player joined the TuS Esingen and moved in the A-youth to THW Kiel . In addition to the A-youth, the left-hander ran for the 2nd men's team in the 3rd division at THW Kiel . In 2011 he joined the third division club SV Henstedt-Ulzburg . With the SVHU, Lauenroth rose to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2012 . In the 2016/17 season, SV Henstedt-Ulzburg will compete as HSG Nord HU. In the 2017/18 season he was under contract with VfL Lübeck-Schwartau . Then Lauenroth ended his professional career and is active as a handball referee in the 3rd division . Since the 2018/19 season he has been playing for the Hamburg division HTS / BW96.

Lauenroth trained the B-youth at MTV Lübeck in the 2018/19 season.

Private

His mother was active as a gymnast in the Bundesliga. His father played handball in the regional league .
