Julius Georg Lautner

Julius Georg Lautner (born December 30, 1897 in Vienna , † March 15, 1972 in Zurich ) was an Austrian lawyer .

Life

He studied in Graz and Leipzig with Ludwig Mitteis , Paul Koschaker and Benno Landsberger (1919 Dr. iur. And private lecturer 1921). In 1926 he became associate professor in Graz, 1929 full professor at the Mannheim School of Commerce , 1930–1967 at the University of Zurich for Roman law, labor and private law.
