Juraj Hatrík
Juraj Hatrík (born May 1, 1941 in Orkucany (now part of Sabinov )) is a Slovak composer.
Life
Hatrík studied with Alexander Moyzes in Bratislava from 1958 to 1962 and was then a theory teacher at the Košice Conservatory . Since 1965 he has been teaching at the University of Musical Arts in Bratislava . Hatrík was appointed professor in 1997. Hattrík composed an opera , a symphony , a sinfonietta, an organ concerto, a concertino for piano and orchestra, chamber music works, responsories for double choir and four timpani, a cantata , film music, piano pieces and songs .
