Jure Čolak (born August 21, 1989 in Split ) is a German - Croatian football player . The central defender has been playing for the regional league club FC 08 Homburg since summer 2016 .

Career

Čolak played for VfB Stuttgart until 2008 . Then he moved to the Regionalliga West for the second team of 1. FC Kaiserslautern , where he played for a year. After that he was without a club for half a year. In January 2010, Čolak went to the Regionalliga Süd to the second team of TSV 1860 Munich . In August 2011 he moved within the league to SV Waldhof Mannheim . In the next two years he was mostly a regular player.

For the 2013/14 season he went to third division club Wacker Burghausen . He was given a one-year contract with an option for another year. After relegation from Wacker, Čolak moved to the western regional division SC Wiedenbrück in the summer of 2014 . In January 2016 he signed a contract with TSV Steinbach in the Regionalliga Südwest , where he became team captain . After half a year he moved to FC Homburg .
