Jurij Hajduk (born July 12, 1985 in Lemberg ) is a Ukrainian luge athlete .

Jurij Hajduk is a student from Lviv. He has been tobogganing since 1998 and has been a member of the national team of Ukraine since 2003. First, Hajduk competed in both singles and doubles since the 2002/03 season . He played his first individual in Igls and was 45. In the following season he improved his best result to 37th place. As in the two following seasons, however, his appearances were only sporadic, but he was unable to improve.

Since the 2006/07 season , Hajduk has only competed in doubles. There, too, he made his first race in the 2002/03 season and finished 19th in Igls with his partner Anatoli Hurin . The following season, Hajduk sledged for the first time with Andrij Kis . In Sigulda they finished 22nd, in Altenberg they finished 16th and were 23rd overall. From now on, Kis should start regularly with Hajduk. 2004/05 was an 18th place in Königssee best result. In the overall ranking they both finished 21. Since 2005/06 the double Kis / Hajduk has been part of the World Cup squad. In Oberhof , they achieved their best result in 17th place and placed 19th in the overall ranking. In Winterberg they started their first European Luge Championships in 2006 and finished 17th in the doubles and seventh in the team competition. Highlight was the 2006 Olympic Winter Games of Turin , where the double at the competitions of Cesana Pariol were 14.

Even after that, Kis / Hajduk competed in the extended world class. In the 2006/07 season the best World Cup results were a 15th place in Winterberg and a 14th place in Sigulda. In the overall standings, both came in 14th place. At the 2007 Luge World Championships in Igls, they finished 18th. In 2007/08 , the Ukrainian doubles roughly held their performance. In Sigulda they achieved their best results of the season with places 13 and 14 and were 16th overall. They finished the 2008 World Championships in Oberhof in 15th place. They were one place better at the 2008 European Championships in Cesana Pariol. They achieved a new best result as 12th from Winterberg in the 2008/09 season . In the Challenge Cup of the 2008/09 season , Kis / Hajduk finished ninth.
