Yuri Metlushenko

Jurij Metluschenko ( Ukrainian Юрій Метлушенко ; born January 4, 1976 in Zhytomyr ) is a Ukrainian cyclist .

Jurij Metluschenko began his career in 2002 with the Belgian cycling team Landbouwkrediet-Colnago . In his first professional year he won the Italian one-day race Gran Premio Costa degli Etruschi and took part in the Giro d'Italia , which he finished after the 16th stage. Twice - in 2008 and 2011 - he became Ukrainian champion in the criterion .
