Justinien Charles Xavier, Count de Clary (born April 20, 1860 in Paris as Justinien Charles Xavier Bretonneau , † June 14, 1933 there ) was a French sports marksman .

Justinian de Clary took at the Olympic Games in 1900 in Paris in the trap competition part. In this he scored 17 points and won the bronze medal behind Roger de Barbarin and René Guyot .
He was a lawyer and writer, but also a sports official. From 1913 until his death he was President of the French Olympic Committee and President of the Executive Committee of the 1924 Olympic Games in Paris. Clary founded the Franco-American Brotherhood to take care of war orphans. For his social services he was appointed Grand Officer of the Legion of Honor . In 1925 he applied for the presidency of the IOC , but had no chance in the vote with four votes.
