Kühlgrün is a district of the municipality of Tröstau in the district of Wunsiedel in the Fichtel Mountains .

location

The hamlet is located about 4 km north of the town center of Tröstau and a good 5 km southwest of Röslau . The district of Vordorf is about 1 km to the west. Cooling green is on the circuit road connected Wun 6 to the road network.

history

For unknown reasons, the village was abandoned by the residents of that time in the 15th century. The purchase of the settlement by Peter Neupauer, mayor of Wunsiedel , and the establishment of a sheep farm are documented for the year 1482 .
