Kąty Rybackie ( German  Bodenwinkel ) is a village in north-eastern Poland in the Gmina Sztutowo ( Stutthof ) in the powiat Nowodworski ( Tiegenhof ), Pomeranian Voivodeship . Kąty Rybackie has 707 inhabitants.

geography

Kąty Rybackie is located at the foot (southern end) of the Fresh Spit . In the south / south-east the place borders on the fresh lagoon . Neighboring towns are clockwise: Skowronki in the east on the spit, Kobyla Kępa in the south / southwest and Sztutowo (Stutthof) in the west. In the north the place borders on the extensive forest areas of the spit.

history

From 1466 to 1773 the place belonged to Prussia royal share under the Polish king, then came to Prussia and with this in 1871 to the German Empire . From 1920 to 1939 Bodenwinkel belonged to the Free City of Danzig . In 1945 the place finally fell to Poland.
