KG Frankfurt (Oder) -Eisenhüttenstadt

The Kampfgemeinschaft Frankfurt (Oder) -Eisenhüttenstadt is a wrestling group of the two Brandenburg clubs RSV Hansa 90 Frankfurt (Oder) and Eisenhüttenstädter RC , which competed in the wrestling Bundesliga from 2005 to 2011 .

The team carries out their home fights in the Frankfurt Brandenburg-Halle , which has a capacity of around 2500 spectators. The Inselhalle in Eisenhüttenstadt and the Frankfurt Oderlandhalle are also available.

Frankfurt is an Olympic base and is considered a performance base in the Greco-Roman style . In the 2010/11 season, Florian Crusius and Marcus Thätner were among the KG's squad. After this season, which ended in seventh place in the East, the fighting community withdrew from the Bundesliga. She entered the third-tier regional league in 2011/12 and finished fifth among seven teams.
