Kaifu (Changsha)

Kaifu ( Chinese  開 福 區  /  开 福 区 , Pinyin Kāifú qū ) is a Chinese municipality in the prefecture-level city of Changsha , the capital of Hunan Province . The city district has an area of ​​187 km² and has around 400,000 inhabitants (2003). It lies on the lower reaches of the Xiang Jiang .

Administrative structure

At the community level, the district is made up of ten street districts and three large communities .
