Liuyang

Liuyang ( Chinese 浏阳市 , pinyin Liuyang Shì ) is a county-level city in the prefecture-level city Changsha in the Chinese province of Hunan . It is located on the river of the same name, the Liuyang He ( 浏阳 河 , Liúyáng Hé ). In 1999 it had 1,339,594 inhabitants. The city is known for its fireworks factories .
