Kaja Eržen (born August 21, 1994 in Kranj ) is a Slovenian soccer player.

Career

society

Eržen started her active career with the ŽNK Velesovo Kamen Jerič, where she made her senior debut in the second highest league in 2008 at the age of 14. In the 2008/09 season she succeeded in the second division championship and helped her team to rise to the 1st Slovensko Ženska Nogometna League. There she played for Velesovo for three years before Eržen switched to master ŽNK Pomurje in 2011 . She developed into a national player and scored in two and a half years, 27 times in only 19 games. In January 2014 she left her home country Slovenia and moved to Austria, where she has been under contract with her compatriots Lara Ivanuša and Lucija Grad at the Carinthians Soccer Women in Carinthia .
