Lucija Grad (born October 22, 1983 in Ljubljana ) is a Slovenian soccer player.
Career
society
After seven years for the first team of ŽNK Senožeti, she moved to league rivals ŽNK Velesovo-Kamen Jerič in summer 2007. In Velesovo she played 17 games and scored 16 goals. After the end of the 2007/08 season she moved to the Slovenian second division to relegated ŽNK Teleing Pomurje and helped this to rise again. After a good performance in the second division, she moved from promoted to last year's table fifth in the Slovenian first women's league ŽNK Jevnica. There she played for two and a half years and scored 16 goals in 29 games. Through this performance, the Austrian Carinthian women's regional league club FC Feldkirchen became aware of her and she signed a contract with compatriot Kaja Jerina . After she only made two missions in Feldkirchen due to an injury, she returned to ŽNK Jevnica in summer 2013 . Grad played 7 games for Jevnica on her return, scoring 3 goals before returning to Austria in January 2014. Since then, she and her compatriots Lara Ivanuša and Kaja Eržen have been under contract with the Carinthians Soccer Women in Carinthia .

Grad is a national team player for Slovenia.
Private
Lucija Grad played in her time at ŽNK Senožeti for six years until 2006 in the first team together with her sister Manca Grad. In addition to her career, Grad pursued a degree in sports on a teaching basis at the University of Ljubljana , which she graduated with a diploma in 2011.
