Kalamantia - in Latin Celamantia ; ( Greek  Καλαμαντία ) - is a place name, which in the Geographia of Claudius Ptolemaios as one of the places in the east of the southern Germania magna along the Danube (πόλεις) with 41 ° 00 ′ longitude ( Ptolemaic longitudes ) and 47 ° 40 ′ resp. 47 ° 50 'latitude is indicated. Thus, according to Ptolemy, Kalamantia lies between Andouaition and Singon . On the other side, south of the Danube, the Pannonian Brigetio lies on the same longitude.

Because of the age of the source, Kalamantia can be assumed to exist around 150 AD.
