The Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (abbreviation: KPE; chin . : 加 冷 - 巴耶利 峇 高速公路; pinyin : Jiālěng Bāyēlìbā Gāosù Gōnglù; malay : Lebuhraya Kallang-Paya Lebar; Tamil : கலாங் பாயலேபார் விரைவுச்சாலை) is the third newest expressway in the Singapore's motorway network. The southern section of the expressway was opened on October 26, 2007, and the remaining section was opened on September 20, 2008.
