The Kalsoyarfjørður [ ˈkalsjaɹˌfjøːɹʊɹ ] (Danish name Kalsøfjord ) is a strait in the Faroe Islands between the islands of Kalsoy in the west and Kunoy in the east.

In the north the strait flows into the open North Atlantic and in the south into the Leirvíksfjørður between Eysturoy and Borðoy .

At Kalsoyarfjørður are all places of Kalsoy ( Syðradalur (Kalsoy) , Húsar , Mikladalur , Trøllanes ) and the place Kunoy on the island of the same name.

A ferry from Strandfaraskip Landsins travels the strait from Klaksvík to Syðradalur and Húsar.
