Kamel Larbi (born February 20, 1985 in Antibes ) is an Algerian - French football player .
Club career
Larbi began his professional career with the first division club OGC Nice and came to his first three professional appearances in the 2003/04 season . Even though he already made twelve appearances in the second season, he was loaned to the second division FC Lorient in 2005 , but was unable to establish himself as a regular player there. After returning to Nice, he was hardly used and left the club in 2008 to play for the Swiss third division club CS Chênois . In 2009 he returned to France, where he signed with the fourth-class US Sénart-Moissy . After he did not make the breakthrough at this club either, he went to the fourth-class FCA Aurillac . During the winter break of the 2011/12 season, he signed with ES Uzès Pont du Gard . There he became a regular player and also celebrated promotion to the third division in 2012 , which was followed by direct relegation a year later. This became obsolete due to license withdrawals at several clubs, but Larbi decided to move to league rivals Étoile Fréjus-Saint-Raphaël . There he took a regular seat until he moved to a club outside of France for the first time in the summer of 2014 and signed with the Algerian first division club MC Oran . In this he then took a regular place and took third place in the table with the team in the 2014/15 season. In 2016 he returned to France and joined a seventh division club from Cagnes-sur-Mer . Since 2018 he has played for Villefranche Saint-Jean Beaulieu FC in the National 3 .
National team
On August 14, 2006 Larbi was used in an unofficial game of the Algerian national team against FC Istres . He made his official debut on November 15 of the same year in a 2-1 draw against Burkina Faso . However, he did not come to any further use.
