Biberach camera office

The Kameralamt Biberach was an institution of the Kingdom of Württemberg , which administered property and income of the state in the administrative district. It existed from 1806 to 1922 and was located in Ochsenhausen from 1809/10 and from 1825 to 1901. The rest of the time it was in Biberach an der Riss . The camera office was created as part of the reorganization of the state finance administration in the Kingdom of Württemberg.

According to the ordinance of 14 July 1807, the patrimonial offices of Freyberg in Hürbel, Ulm in Mittelbiberach, Stadion in Warthausen, Reichlin-Fellheim in Ellmannsweil and Count Waldbott-Bassenheim in Heggelbach were assigned to the Biberach camera office with regard to the collection of income.

When the camera offices were reorganized in accordance with the ordinance of June 11, 1819, the Leutkirch camera office took over: Schultheißerei Tannheim with Tannheim, Arloch, Egelsee, Haldau, Kronwinckel, Oy. Schultheißerei Berkheim with Krimmel, Bonlanden, Illerbachen, Oberopfingen and a farm near Kirchdorf, and also Oberzell in Unteramt Rot.

According to an order of the Ministry of Finance of May 3, 1828, the rule of Warthausen acquired by the state from Count von Stadion was incorporated into the Ochsenhausen camera office, which ceded:

In contrast, the Kameralamt Ehingen assigned the place Volkersheim to the Kameralamt Ochsenhausen, so that this included all places of the Oberamt Biberach .

According to the order of the Ministry of Finance of June 16, 1835, the Ochsenhausen camera office has ceded:

  • to the camera office Schussenried the places Ahlen, Attenweiler with Schemmach and Gutershofen , Grodt, Muttensweiler with Birkhof and the Höfe Burren,
  • to the Wiblingen camera office, the towns of Baltringen and Schömburg and the parcels.

According to the ordinance of March 6, 1843, the municipality of Albersweiler with Grafenwald was taken over by the Ehingen camera office.

According to the ordinance of February 26, 1872, the following communities came from the Schussenried camera office to the Biberach (Ochsenhausen) camera office: Ahlen, Attenweiler, Grodt, Muttensweiler, Stafflangen and the Burren plot.
